Wow!!! Brian Crietz is the epitome of the American Dream. He built a flower and Christmas
Tree lot from practically nothing, And now it's one of 3 flourishing Flower
shops ran by Brian and his brothers. It proves that determination, a lot of
hard work, and even more sweat can make a decent man prosperous and realize
the American Dream. Brian's dream was always to have a sprawling property along
the waterfront. Because of his hard work, Brian was able to purchase the landmark
Braddock lakefront estate in Medford NJ. The home is beautiful!!
So what does
Brian decide to do? Throw the biggest party Medford has ever seen for his friends
and family so they could enjoy his new home with him. And what a party it was!
2 roasted pigs, hickory seasoned babyback ribs, numerous deserts, even more
numerous salads( I could go on and on, but then there would be no room for
the band photos), and even greater people. The entertainment ranged from Karaoke,
to an Elvis impersonator, to of course, THE GENERATION!! How did we get involved?
Well, for starters, Brian is Mike's cousin. Whenever Mike was between gigs,
Brian always found a job within his business to get Mike (and other family members)
through lean times. So Mike, vowing to some how repay Brian for his big heart,
booked THE GENERATION for Brian's party. FREE OF CHARGE!!! Since Brian is a
Who fanatic (as are we), he could not wait to say yes. And that's how we ended
up there. Playing for a big party at the big home of a guy with the biggest
heart!! Former bassist Joe Zedny filled in for the vacationing Derek Jordan,
and Steve, God bless him, high- tailed it from work to arrive just in time for
the grand finale!! How dramatic is that?
Brian and his
girlfriend Chrissie overextended their hospitality to the band to make them
feel at home, and we hope they have many happy years together in their dream
home. Congrats, Brian and Chrissie! We are proud and honored to be a part of
your family! Enjoy the photos!
PS. Did we mention Chiz sat in on drums???
